I started on world Alpha, but only a few days later world Beta was launched. I decided I would play world Beta instead. On world Beta my character retained a top 10 position right up until recently when I have now retired from that world. For much for the first 2 or 3 months I was ranked #1 on world Beta until one of the other players decided to outspend me.
Other then spending a ton of money on the game, the only other way to do well is to cheat. By cheat I mean to take advantage of any glitch, bug, hack, or method to game the system and gain an advantage over other players. I have never yet in my 10 years of online gaming found a game that did not have some sort of cheat that was able to be discovered and expoited. Grepolis was no different.
If I were you I would look around on this page, someplace here amongst the post or the ads is the answer you are seeking. Feel free to click one and see if you cannot improve your play of the game.

Grepolis hacks
lots of new hacks for grepolis it seems. Some good auto programs are now out and can work good if you have a well located character. Cheating on these games is always an inevitability. Someone will always want unlimited gold, points, honor, etc. Ever since the early days of cracking and hacking runescape for mining this has been a tradition. So cheat if your going to cheat, just do not complain if you get caught. It is no big deal as long as you are having fun.

Grepolis Hacks and Cheats
The game Grepolis has just recently been launched after a successful testing phase. During that time the game was test played by a small group of players who tested and tried out the various features and game play. The one thing that is often overlooked during these beta testing stages is issues of flaws or workarounds in the game. Some people refer to these as hacks or cheats.
MMORPG games often have some sort of flaws in them. Some speculate that the game developers leave backdoors into the games or special èaster eggs`in the `games, however it is more likely that most of these flaws are simply due to poor programing.
You might recall several high profile games which experienced duping of game items. Basically when a game runs in combination on a game companies server and also on your computer there is information packets which are exchanged between your computer and the game server while you play. One of the tried and true methods used to hack and cheat at these online games is to intercept these data packets as they come to and leave your computer. By intercepting the data packet, altering its content, and then sending it back on its way, it returns to the game server with whatever information you want it to carry.
Sounds complicated? It is not.
Grepolis has just launched its first Alpha world and within days a second Beta world. (this is a horrible name for a 2nd server as it is confused with the original betatesting world). There will no doubt be some who quickly intercept and decode the data travelling to the game server. I have an interest in this sort of thing and will be participating as much as possible.
